To help each couple become sensitive to the basic dynamics,of marriage, family, and the ministry
To help each couple develop a biblical foundation for marriage
To help each couple understand some of the historical developments of marriage
To help each couple understand the responsibilities within the marriage, first as it relates to God, then spouse, children and self

Scriptures:
Eph. 5:31 – As the scriptures say, “A man leaves his father and mother and is joined to his wife, and the two are united into one.”
Gen. 2:24 – Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.
2nd Cor. 6:14 – Be not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteous with unrighteousness? And what communion hath light with darkness?
Heb. 3:13 – Exhort one another daily, while it is called today; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.
