To provide wise counsel by being available during services for spiritual guidance, providing representation during new member orientation, being a representative and counsel during baptism services. To demonstrate Christian behavior by our adherence to standards of dress code, exhibiting character and etiquette representative of Christianity and performing processes of Holy Communion using proper conduct. To provide support that nurtures confidence, competence and caring leadership and standards of excellence by offering Godly discipline/chastisement when necessary, demonstrating respect and honor in ways and actions, participating in counsel for young Mothers, providing representation for baby dedications,assisting to train up the youth (keeping lines of communication open between Youth MinistryPastor and Mother’s Ministry for constructive building), providing representation during youth activities (i.e., sporting events, and youth chapel) coordinating annual workshop which focuses on a topic for spiritual enrichment and participating in in-house Holy distribution to shut-in members.
